MSI RX 6800xt problems with Displayport + Driver Adrenalin

When using the Radeon Adrenalin driver together with the displayport cable, my monitor goes blank (without image) and the sound is also interrupted. This is a random problem, but it only happens if you are using Spotify, Youtube, Web, (basic tasks), but it never happens when playing.

But if you install the driver available on Windows Update, your computer works perfectly.

Which leads me to believe that the problem is with the AMD drivers.

I have the chipset, bios, windows all updated and the problem continues.

If I want to use the Adrenaline driver I have to replace it with the HDMI cable, but the HDMI cable doesn't offer 165hz.

My graphics card is MSI TRIO 6800XT

Any solution?

I think I managed to solve the problem, but I'm in the testing phase.

I changed some options on my MSI monitor, which were as follows.

Game Mode: User

Response Time: Normal

It looks like it worked. thank you MSI for the support

Try disabling hardware acceleration in your web browser.

yes I'm going to try this tip, however the problem occurs not only using the browser, it can happen in Spotify, working on the desktop.

I will try to make the driver installation, excluding the Adrenalin Software, a custom installation.

AMD makes me tired.

Disable hardware acceleration in Spotify as well, link.

yes I will disable. And I will test the equipment.

It didn't work, the browser and Spotify were closed. When I pressed the button to enter steam the failure returned!

And at the moment I only have the driver installed, the Adrenalin software excluded, I did a custom installation.

The fault is in the driver, because if I install the driver from Windows Update everything is ok.
