My movies & tv apps lagging a lot, sluttering, which not allows me to watch any videos. It's happened after new AMD GPU was installed 2 weeks ago. I had GTX 1050 and updated to RX 6650XT. I tried to watch same video through different applications and you can see a result. Maybe is there any way to fix this bug or what is it?

I made a video to demonstrate the problem, showing how the AMD Radeon Software and basic Windows Media Player run more smoothly than the severely lag in the Movies & TV app...
