Monitor supports 10-bit, but I can only set it to 6-bit or 8-bit in the driver.

Hello there, I'm using a Lenovo C32q-20 and I simply cannot for the life of me get it set to 10 bpc in the driver settings at all. I've installed the monitor's driver, tried multiple AMD drivers, tried to change the pixel format, tried turning GPU Scaling on and off and so on yet nothing worked. Using a DisplayPort 1.2 as well since I remember reading that some cards won't let you change bpc settings with HDMI cables. Here are the specs if it helps at all:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600

GPU: Sapphire Raden RX 480 NITRO OC 8GB

Motherboard: ASUS TUF B450-PRO GAMING

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 16GB DDR4 3000MHz CL15 Dual Channel Kit

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro

Help me out here, I'm clueless as to what to do.
