Missing Ryzen High Performance Power Plan

I recently bought a new pc with an AMD Ryzen 2600 six core processor, and downloaded the chipset drivers that come with it. I went to change my power plan, and I see the AMD Ryzen Balanced power plan, but not the AMD Ryzen High Performance power plan that I initially wanted. Any way I can enable this?

You don't really need it. As of Windows 1909 the Windows High Performance plans has the optimization for Ryzen built in to begin with. With Zen 3 they don't even include the Ryzen plans anymore at all.
