missing Record and Streaming tab solved?

Have an issue with missing Record and Streaming tab.

Read a lot of topics trying to figure out the solution (reinstall gpu driver, changed local policy) but nothing helped me, except for one - i tried manually turn off CPU integrated graphics in Device manager ... and voila, Record and Streaming tab shows up.

But here is a problem, screen refresh rate was 165 Hz. After a manipulation - 64 Hz

Actually dont want go to BIOS and changed anything. I believe AMD software should run at 100% functionality without any manipulation of graphics switching.

The landmark is set, please help those who figured out the problem or those who want to help.

Agree, AMD should be able to handle GPU switching.  I'm running a Razer Blade 17 Pro with built in 3070 with an eGPU attached containing a 7900xt.  I do not want to uninstall drivers / disable the internal GPU as I use it when traveling for work.  I've tried everything else and still can't get it working.

1. Right-click the Windows Start button and select Device Manager.
2. In Device Manager, expand Display Adaptors
3. Right-click on AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics and select Disable device.
4. Click Yes when prompted.
