Apparently for computers with a AMD Carrizo DDR4 processor future updates have been suspended  such as referenced in KB4015546 for Windows 7:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4015546

I would gather this would also apply to Windows 10 as some users are reporting issues such as a SYSTEM_PTE_MISUSE stop error after updating to Creators Update even using a clean install:

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-windows_install/creators-update-wont-in...

Microsoft apparently is working on a fix.
