May have found a bug/issue. Windows hotkeys not working

Windows snipping tool hotkey (win+Shift+s) and magnifier (windows+ Plus key) was not working.

I just now unistalled all amd software , restarted
then I installed AMD Auto detect tool and let it install all new graphics AND CHIPSET drivers.

boom, everything is working perfect now. 
Maybe this will help someone.

Not working anymore, Not sure what is going on.

Check in Device Manager for any yellow error marks....display adapters.

I found out more. 
Hotkeys works great at startup of windows, but as soon as Adrenalin launches, windows hotkeys mention becomes disabled. Can anyone else confirm windows+shift+S does not work for them after adrenalin software launches yet works at windows boot before it launches?

Either way both work for me, on Win.10(RTM).
