After updating to 19.1.1 all of my games and even youtube videos took a massive performance hit. My games are now stuttering and lagging, for example in War Thunder I would run at a usual 70-60 FPS, now I still have those frames when I'm not moving. As soon as I move my camera around my frames instantly drop to 30-20 FPS. Same with games like Rainbow Six Siege.
After this I installed 19.2.3 and the exact same problem. Before I downloaded the new drivers I was using a 18. driver with no problems, and a 17. driver before that and so on, with no problems.
Because I did a clean install I can't roll back to the old drivers (from my knowledge) and nothing I've done has fixed the problem, other than slightly remedy it. I've been working on this for at least 2 days now with no success. Can anyone help?
