Manual fan curve unable to turn on Zero RPM

I have an RX 580 and do a lot of browsing and light tasks along some heavy gaming and while doing those tasks. I'd like my GPU fans to stop, which I can do with MSI Afterburner, but since WattMan has the option too, i'd like to just be able to use one or the other.

So can you please add support for Zero RPM on manual fan curves?

It was supported before the 2019 drivers. They chose to remove it. We all complained. They are not listening to consumer feedback. We all agree this is bad. Please let AMD know how you feel about it:  Online Service Request | AMD
