I have recently built a new computer and am having major difficulties when trying to install the drivers for my amd gpu. Every time I try to install AMD adrenaline software I always get a 1603 error towards the end of the installation. I have tried resetting my computer, SFC SCAN, installing in safe mode, uninstalling and reinstalling all drivers, and also updating my OS.  When attempting to install the software my computer runs significantly slower and frequently blue screens with an error of "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE." I have been trying to figure out the issue for the past four days now and at this point have no idea what to do. So, any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The only way i fixed this was a windows 10 Reset . keeping files . 

then installing drivers that came with my motherboard cd . 

I really dont know the answer .

You could try my solution (it worked for me) ... turn off all AMD related services and scheduled tasks ... I used Ccleaner....just open the TOOLS tab and then the START_UP tab.

I haven't seen any difference in how Adrenaline works btw.
