According to the docs included in the Linux driver package, bugs in amdgpu should be reported to bugs.freedesktop.org ("Reporting Bugs" -> 2nd paragraph). That bugtracker is however no longer active and no new reports can be opened.

Can known bugs be browsed somewhere at the moment?

What is the currently preferred way to report bugs in amdgpu on Linux?
