Keep getting install opengl 2.0 or higher error

Hey, recently built myself a computer, where I have rx 6700 xt oc, but i keep getting the same error over and over again(OpenGl 2.0). I have Uninstalled my gpu from device manager and reinstall everything, Factory reset, And yet same error again.

any help would be appreciated since I want to Overclock my gpu.

Which mobo CPU? How did you install the drivers via windows driver update?

Windows 10 Home 64-bit

CPU Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 @ 2.53GHz 

Motherboard MSI G41M-P33 Combo(MS-7592)
