Case in point my Windows 7 is unable to boot after installing the latest AMD drivers. Even safe boot will not work, as it hangs at amdkmpfd.sys. Is there a way to uninstall said drivers from the system, in an offline kind of way similar to how dism works?

PS. I have already tried to remove drivers reported by dism /get-drivers related to AMD but that didn't work. sfc /scannow also returns no errors. chkdsk is clean. And said graphics card, a Sapphire rx 570, is not faulty, since my dual boot windows 10 installation works fine.
