The game is becoming unplayable and I've tried everything. No luck at this point at all. Followed every fix I can google and still no luck. Anyone find a resolution to this issue yet?

This is not something we have received any reports of.
Have you tried the 17.10.3 driver as yet ?
Thanks for the reply. I have yes. I did a bit of digging. Event viewer shows 2 consitent causes:
RadeonSettings.exe app crash
amdkmdap stopped responding/recovered.
If this happens, DX11 crashes, thus causes FF to crash. Though I get an error, this happens on DX9 as well. Consistency is about the same.
Stability monitor shows the following on the Radeonsettings.exe crash:

I monitor my temps: GPU never above 70C, CPU never above 45-48C, both when under the max load expected when running FFXIV. Additionally, no Overclock and my Power Supply is more then enough to handle CPU and GPU + everything else (700W).
Bios is up to date as well.
I've gone through the system logs for the last year and the most common causes of a display driver crash are the display driver going unresponsive or RadeonSettings.exe crashing. I've disabled the event that runs Radeonsettings.exe on start up entirely and am testing that through normal use, but that's not going to stop amdkmdap issues. I made a reg entry to help that possibly, but we'll have to see.
The issue is not possible to replicate on demand. Even under extreme load (Defrag, Antivirus running a complete scan, FFXIV running, Browsers Running, RadeonSettings.exe running, several constantly-active monitoring software running), it's very hard to force a crash and I've found no consistent event patterns leading up to a crash.
Antivirus does allow both without any issues what-so-ever and I've got firewall rules set to allow both, so I don't think it's an interaction issue. This issue occurs on most full screen games. Examples with confirmed crashes outside FFXIV: Overwatch, Borderlands 2, League of Legends. I run a mix of borderless full and regular full. Surprisingly enough, other games have never crashed, including: Skyrim, Cities:Skylines, Diablo 3, Heroes of the Storm. Other fullscreen apps, like VLC, Twitch, Youtube, basically any non-game app have never crashed as well.
I just tried to replay FFXIV and I'm running into this same issue. It's impossible to document because it immediately crashes the computer and there isn't time to register an error report. Same card. RX470
