Is this 19.7.2 a beta or whql driver ?

Typically the ones marked optional are non-whql, and the recommended driver is the whql driver. This is confusing as it is listed as optional but there is no longer a recommend driver on the download page anymore. The release notes don't say anything either, unless I missed it. So my answer is, I don't know. Thanks AMD!

I notice AMD does have the WHQL driver back on the download page. Thanks for fixing this AMD!

Optional -> No WHQL
The last WHQL driver is version 19.5.2

WHQL is 19.5.2 then 19.6.2 then 19.7.1

Click Run -> paste: dxdiag

It will show You all the info

I have version 19.7.1 and according to GPUz is WHQL, probably this version is the same.

Does anyone have problems bringing up the Radeon in-game overlay on this driver? It worked on 19.7.1.

try clean installing the driver again that usually fixes that issue.
