I have a lot of these repeated files of which I assume are my driver installers.  (The numbers fit my current driver version so I assume)
Will it be okay if I uninstall any of them for more storage space?

If they are in 'Local Disk (C:) > AMD', yes it's safe to delete them.

They are copies saved if needed to reinstall without having to download again.
