Recently, I started getting irql_not_less_or_equal screen when playing Warface. My GPU is Radeon 560 2 GB. I just wanted to mention, that after doing a factory reset through the Radeon Software for my graphics card, the problem was resolved.
Most likely your processor is not stable. The problem is not with Radeon.
I upgraded my GPU to a more recent version of an AMD GPU, and that might clarify things.
Yes. Set the BIOS for your processor to factory settings.

farid i believe this is still relate to the drivers since 2 days ago i had the same exact error out of nowhere
So far, I have not had any Irql_not_less_or_equal screens since upgrading my gpu. I believe that hardware limitations can also lead to this error.
