Insufficient Bandwidth to maintain stream quality

HELLO, I am using rx 500 series card. but when i am going to live stream facebook and you tube with amd relive come (your network upload bandwidth might be insufficient to maintain stream quality) my internet speed is good. my internet speeed 15mbps. please solved my problem. i want to live stream but i can't do it now. i send you screenshot my problem.

Hello
Your upload speed towards certain servers (where you want to place your stream at) might be significantly lower and less stable compared to what you see in the speedtest default option (nearby servers).
Try to lower your stream settings (mbps)

no bro my internet speed 10mbps.... and other stream apps like obs, streamobs There is no problem with these Apps. but when i used amd relive i am face this problem. and i am not use obs cause my pc not good. when i get stream with this apps my fps getting low........
