MOBO - MPG B550 plus
GPU - HD 7970
Recently I got a new MOBO and CPU putting them in and installing a fresh install of windows 10 then installing chipset and updating the BIOS however when I install AMD graphic driver here while it installs screen flashes which is expected but then when it almost finishes AMD crash defender comes up and forces a restart over and over again then I am forced to load a restore point to fix the issue.
I tried
Using older drivers
Doing it in safe boot but errors come up
switching out PSU
switching MOBO
All which didn't work so I hope you guys have information that could help me since getting a decent GPU right now isn't exactly ideal.
