Install latest driver but computer still be the elder

as the title, i download the amd radeon 17.40 from the official site, but after the installation, it showed me the 17.7 driver. i tried to reinstall windows and start again, but the result still be the same. i'm disappointed right now

btw, i'm using 2400G with Radeon Vega 11 APU. looking for sharing

If it shows 17.40.3701 under the software tab, it is the current driver
