Sometimes when i boot to windows, the voltages i set were inconsistent on radeon wattman ie. 950mv on all state 3-7, the state 4 goes haywire and changes to 1012mv instead. I can't manually change it. Fix i've tried, load an OC profile and load my undervolted profile to restore the voltages.
