Impossible install the driver of radeon R5-230: The pc (OS Win7 Ultimate) can't connect to AMD support

Your card has been Legacy status since late 2015, there are no new drivers.

The only 2 available (current drivers 15.7.1/16.2.1) can be manually downloaded/saved/installed (full driver pkg) direct from amd driver page.
