I use AMD RX 480, with the last software 18.5.1, but after being updated with software 18.9.3, after I right-click on the mouse, the usual setting for game settings does not exist, how is this?

Does it open from the Start menu option.

Have you checked windows reliability history and/or the install log to see if the install was successful.
