I updated my drivers for my AMD Radeon Vega 10 graphics card from the main page and also downloaded the auto updater but after that my frames are stuck at 2-8 when I play games and the audio sounds like its on 2 fps even when I'm only listening to Spotify.
Could be an OS issue you can also Try restarting your computer first, and if that doesn't help, consider rolling back to the previous driver version or performing a clean reinstall.
