Probably you have not appropriate cooling system for your CPU. Or a bad contact between CPU and cooler or bad thermal interface (thermal paste) or stopped (or very slow spinning) cooler fan.
Run HWinfo64>sensors only>Logging start and play for 10-15 min. I want to see that log
I would recommend two things to do.
First is to vefiry your temp by using other Temperature tracking software with the one you have. Second is to replace the paste and the CPU cooler fan. If it's malfunctioning in anyway sometimes the motherboard can detect it and then other times it doesn't. Also i would remove a stock cooler system if it's what your using and get a Cooler Master EVO. I have found them to be amazing at keeping my Fx-8350 @ great Temps even overclocked to 4.8G on all eight cores. Good luck friend!
Keep in mind the best cpu fan can't help when the case itself is a "hot air oven" - make sure the air throughput is sufficient hence the hot air gets extracted sufficiently.
