I have a boot SSD and a storage HDD, both populated. How do I use StoreMI with them?

I have a 256Gb SSD (36.2Gb free) boot drive and a 3Tb HDD (2.57Tb free) storage drive that I want to make into a StoreMI system. How do I do it?
