so i just bought doom eternal and then it says i have to download this thing so i do that but then after i downloaded it i cant hear anything im not too good with computers so if someone could explain how to fix it simply that would be great

nvm i fixed it by just going into sound settings then manage sound devices and then just enabling digital audio and then disabling it again
