I recently bought this laptop last month. when I try to add a game to my Radeon settings none were found.
when I load into a game on fortnite no graphical content were loaded and my fps would be below 30 the entire game. Why is this happening, how can I solve this ?

Is your computer power plan set to 'High Performance' and plugged in? (not on battery)
Have you read this? Configuring Laptop Switchable Graphics on a Windows® Based System | AMD
here you'll see that there is no switchable graphics option.
In addition to the great question kingfish asked. Make sure you are maximizing performance. Based on your specs you gave I don't think you have switchable graphics just whats built into the APU.
Know that while your laptop is capable of doing some 3D gaming. It would only be capable of handling AAA games even from 5-7 years ago old at low settings. I would imagine that many current games would not be able to be played at all at acceptable frame rates. With Fortnite you will likely need to use low settings if you are not.
You may find this information helpful. Before buying games you can cross reference the capability of your chip to others and read what minimum specs are for the game. Your chip is very close to minimum spec for Fortnite. I would not expect it to better than hovering around 30 fps at low settings.
