How to run RX 6800 XT and 2nd gpu (HD 6850) for 6 monitors?

Just upgraded from an Intel-Nvidia setup to AMD. 5950x CPU doesn't have integrated gpu and 6800 XT only has 3 output. I have 6 monitors with a stand.

I purchased a HD 6850 however it's output doesn't display anything. Tried different drivers and here's the scenarios and results:

AMD Cleanup utility, reboot, install AMD Radeon Adrenaline. 6800 XT works, 6850 doesn't display anything. In device manager, both show up, if I choose properties on AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series, it says 'No drivers are installed for this device. '

If I install HD 6800 Series drivers (amd-catalyst-15.7.1-win10-64bit), absolutely nothing happens!

Alternate method, clean up with AMD utility. Install HD 6800 Series drivers first (amd-catalyst-15.7.1-win10-64bit). All monitors starts working, along with primary display on 6800 XT (plugged via DisplayPort) but my 2 other monitors on 6800 XT plugged via HDMI don't work..

Reboot, install the AMD Radeon Adrenaline software for the 6800 XT drivers, HD 6850 stops working..

If I go to device manager, properties on 6800 series (HD 6850), update drivers, browse my computer, install the 2015 drivers it fails with the following:

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

However, I get a message saying system changed and it asks me to reboot (I assume this is the AMD Radeon software).

Upon rebooting, it still doesn't work, only primary on 6800 XT and my monitors on HD 6850 working.

It feels like when I force drivers on the HD 6850 it changes drivers for the 6800 XT or something in the newer AMD Radeon software doesn't like.

Note 1: The 6850 appears correctly in the device manager as 'AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series'.

Driver Date: 2020-12-16

Driver Version: 27.20.14501.33001

However, in Device status:

No drivers are installed for this device.

Note 2: The AMD Radeon Adrenaline software only shows 1 GPU. It doesn't recognize my HD 6850 or displays, obviously because apparently there's no drivers for the HD 6850.

Any ideas? I'm not sure what to do now to get this working, I just bought this old 6850 and it ends up not working, I'm a bit bummed and hoping I can get this working without having to buy yet another gpu just for monitors.
