I have a Dell XPS Desktop running Win 10 64 bit Home 21H1 with an AMD Radeon R9 270 Graphics card.

My c Drive is a 256gb SSD which is nearly full and I am trying to reclaim some space (all my data is on a 2TB D drive). I have noticed the AMD folder contains nearly 10gb of files most of which is in the Packages folder (Apps and Drivers). Can I delete most of this stuff and if so how do I safely do it without disrupting the smooth running of the system?

Local Disk C AMD can be deleted, they are back up copies.
