I have tried several drivers but so far have not found on that stops the flickering for any period of time.
I am running Rage 2 on GamePass for PC.
Hardware:
ASRock B450M PRO4
AMD RYZEN 5 2600 6-Core 3.4 GHz
G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200
Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 570 4GB GDDR5 PCI-E Dual HDMI / DVI-D / Dual DP OC w/ Backplate (UEFI)
Software:
Win 10, Radeon Driver: 20.1.3
Have also tried 20.2.2

Also, if I pause the game for a while, 5 minutes or longer, and come back to it, I find that it pegs the GPU at 100% and all the graphics move in slow motion, to varying degrees. Other apps in Windows have no issues and work just fine when this occurs. I have to restart Rage 2 in order to get the performance back.
