How do I make a profile for Microsoft games?

Since Forza Horizon 4 is installed through Microsoft's "Games for Windows" service, I can't find the exe file for it so I can make a profile in AMD. Can game profiles be made at all if the games are from Microsoft?

Nope, MS game files are encrypted, cannot be accessed.

Yeah I knew it had to be something. Well I guess I'll just use the global settings then. Global settings do work right? I'm assuming they encrypt files because it makes it much harder for hackers.
