how can i upgrade WDDM 2.5 in windows 10

Hi,

I use Intel Processor i7 4790 K,I have AMDHD 5450 GPU model, I also update it's Driver. I download Windows 10 - 64-Bit Edition 15.7.1 WHQL. After installing it's show me 15.301. why i can not install 15.7.1 or higher version. 

I wan't to upgrade window Display Driver 2.0 or higher. Because i want to see gpu progress in task manager.

I often installed New version 16.60.2011 but its show again you have new update of same. and currently installed version is 15.301. Why i can't update 16.60 version. even i often update recommended driver 15.7.1 but it's show me currently installed 15.301.1901 i can't understand this stuck.AMD.JPG
