How can i run hd radeon 5450 in widnows 10

hello,

i jst recently updated to windows 10 and now my gpu cant seem to detected by the pc and the driver installation cd i have has only installation for

Win xp/xp(64) and win 7/vista!

so how can i install the driver and use the gpu on my windows 10!
