System Type: Desktop System

OS :Windows 10 64bit ver: 20H2

Driver version: 21.3.1

Monitor : (i dont really know the model) but its 1366x760 60hz refresh rate with an HDMI TO VGA adapter, can't get a new monitor now

CPU: Core i3-4150 3.50GHz

Motherboard: (also don't know the model) my computer is a pre-built only with a new GPU thats why

Power Supply: 180w

Ram: 16gb

That card requires a minimum of 350w power supply. Get a stronger one.
