after a windows update my 144hz monitor didn't feel as smooth and when launching radeon settings I get "No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware." I've tried uninstalling and installing drivers and even factory reset doesn't help, got AMD Ryzen 5 4600H.
