hello two weeks ago I bought a ryzen 2600 which came with the promotion of the game division 2 when I bought it I received a code which I put on the amdreward page and I downloaded the program then the program asks again for the code and when I put it this program is not responding more than ten days ago I put a ticket to amd support and I have not received any response tremendous service amd I understand because nobody of my friends arms the pc with amd pieces and I honestly is the first time I assemble a computer with amd and see how well I understand the worst of all is that I also ordered an rx 570 which also came with a code which I never received and when I contact the page they tell me to contact me amd I'm really desperate and disappointed that I did not listen to my friends.
