Hello. I just bought a new rx 570. i downloaded the amd programm about drivers etc. i done all the updates. i am trying to play Dota 2 and after 2 mins it crashes and close the app. Motherboard Aorus x470 ultra gaming ram ballistic . do you know what i have to do  ?

It will be really helpful to know your full computer specs.

What type of errors are you getting when the game crashes?  BSOD errors? 

Check Windows Event Viewer under Critical and  Error categories and see if any are related to the game or GPU card or driver.

Run DXDIAG and see if any errors pops up. If you can post the DXDIAG.txt file to your reply.  That will show what files are having issues including Windows and Driver files besides the DOTA files if any.

What temperature is the GPU card showing when the game crashes?

Do you have the latest DOTA patch installed if not done automatically?

Hello elstaci. Thank you for your time. So i am not the best with computers and i dont know a lot of things to tell you the truth.

CPU AMD RYZEN 7 2700

GPU RADEON RX 570 

MOTHERBOARD AORUS X470 ULTRA GAMING 

RAM 2X BALLISTIC X DDR4 8GB

The temperature of Gpu is standard between 60-70.

I dont know about the other things you said about BSOD errors etc. I tried to play fortnite and is going well i can play normal. my issue is in Dota. i am starting the game and after 2 mins it crashes and close the app. Now i uninstaled it and i am trying to install it to see if this will fix the problem.

right click on the game in the left list of games

select properties

select local files

select verify local files

Οι νεότεροι μου κάνουν μαύρες οθόνες και κολλήματα (RX 5700ΧΤ). Ελπίζω να σε βοήθησα.

That is a very poor result, its not like Greek is some alien language.
