HDMI Scaling "resets" every time I reboot PC

HDMI Scaling "resets" every time I reboot PC. It is still set to 6% but "desktop" does not fit into TV. If I move HDMI-Scaling slider to 5% it rescales and back to 6%, than it`s fine.

After a reboot I have to do everything again. I`m using Radeon Software 18.12.3.  Anyone else having this problem? Please fix this!

Yep, 18.12.1 and earlier works, but not the newer.

Use the 'Report Issue Online'.

I can't even find the "report issue online" link... I'm having the same issue as above and i have 19.1.1

Fixed for me a few drivers back(can't recall which), on 19.3.1 at the moment.
