when using a ryzen 3 2200g with either older drivers (19.4.3) or new drivers (19.5.1) the hdmi scaling option is there and fully functional. however when using an rx 580 (8gb) the hdmi scaling slider bar is not even there. which means I've got some pretty bad overscan to deal with right now. anything I can do? and to clarify, i am using an hdmi port on the rx 580 as well.
