When my monitor going off (powersave option) im loosing audio too, so i cant play music and turn off monitor 
Can u add option to your drivers same like intel did? (audio without video), then when screen goes off, music still can be played.
rx570 -> displayport -> philips 276E8V
-> hdmi -> onkyo reciever
on GTX 960 it worked i had sound, when screens turn off by windows powersave option, and on intel its working when i enable audio without video.. only with AMD i cant do nothing and cant listen music (ofc i can if i set my monitor to never goes off but thats bad)
