HD 6700M Driver problem

After problems with laptop performance (HP Pavilion dv7, Win7 64-bit ) I decided to reinstall the drivers. The removal was successful,and the reinstall caused the problem. I am trying to install the correct driver again (for my graphics card), but after restarting the laptop, the driver remains in an uninstalled state. Please help me.

Driver version: Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta

Motherboard: hewlett-packard 3389

Bios version: hewlett-packard  F.1A 20.07.2011

CPU : Intel core I3-2310M CPU 2.10 GHz

Power Supply : 120W

RAM: 6GB

This is how you select the proper driver: Download Drivers

Choose one of the available drivers > Legacy

You will also have to install the latest Intel graphics driver > Laptop graphics update...How to

And your OS must be fully updated:

** Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 must be fully updated before attempting to install any AMD driver. All 'critical', 'recommended', and 'optional' (no language packs,etc) updates as well as any Service Packs (SP) must be installed before any attempt to install graphics drivers. If you do not get this message .... keep installing until you do:
