When I watch videos or browse Facebook with Chrome browser, the mouse and keyboard stops working and the screen turns black for 5 seconds until everything is restored.

Also the VLC player has the same problem. If I try to watch videos, VLC does not start playback.

Everything works well if I turn off the hardware acceleration..

My system is

Amd R9 280 3GB

Amd FX-8320 8-CORE 3.5GHz

Windows 10 64-bit

I have the lastest drivers and I re-installed Windows two weeks ago. None of the components have changed.

It stops working randomly, yesterday I had to reinstall the drivers to make it work. Today it stopped working again.
