Just fyi, I have no absolutely no issues with GTA V, it runs smoothly and perfectly all settings max on 1440p. If you have issue with this game then it is not drivers, you have broken computer.
My card is Sapphire Pulse 5700XT, power supply brand new Corsair HX850, Windows 10 build 1909, Adrenaline 20.4.2
There are no issues with drivers, it is your broken PC.
