Graphics Card Problem for Discrete and Integrated

Problem.png

As you can see both AMD Radeon RX 460 and AMD Radeon R7 are active, yet in task manager it shows AMD Radeon R7 running twice for both GPU 0 and GPU 1. Why?

My other laptop does not face this problem. My other laptop shows GPU 0 as it should and GPU 1 as it should. I have spent the last 3 days attempting to fix this problem and have become very agitated and irritable. If anyone knows how I can change GPU 1 to be AMD Radeon RX 460 that would be amazing, every game I have played so far and those games being Far Cry 5, Watch Dogs 2, and Just Cause 3 have only been limited to AMD Radeon R7. I have tried every possible solution I could search up on the new for the last 3 days trying to solve this issue. And I couldnt find any help for it at all. I've updated bios, tried different versions of the drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling, ddu, power options, radeon settings, and the list goes on and on.
