graphic card unresponsive after installing the latest driver

report accident 3/11/2018 - 07:55 AM ( Mountain Time Zone )

approximately 07:50 AM I noticed a notification from my AMD Radeon software

about a new update available for my GPU

and I follow the procedure to install the Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition 18.2.1

then I went back to play a game "Tom Clancy The Division"

everything appears to work without any issues

then all sudden my game stop responding

and few seconds later the game crashed into a grey pixelated screen

something similar to the picture I posted here

I was force to hard reboot my computer

and roll back to a 11 months old video card driver

how the heck I can keep my gpu driver up to date ?

my video card is a MSI RX 570 Gaming X 4GB

** Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 must be fully updated before attempting to install any AMD driver. All 'critical', 'recommended', and 'optional' (no language packs, etc) updates as well as any Service Packs (SP) must be installed before any attempt to install graphics drivers. If you do not get this message .... keep installing until you do:
