After updating to the newest version (17.7.2) my graphic card AMD MSI Radeon HD 7970 just have a GPU clock of 499MHz and a Mem clock of 150 MHz. In games the clock rates do not increase. What can I do?

I have the exact same issue with Rx 460 windforce 4gb

After the update the card keeps in idle mode even through gaming, it makes gaming inpossible because the card is underclocked so games only show 10 to 15 fps please fix this. Even trying to overclock the card but the card wont accept it!. It keeps idling en crashing.

You need to report it to AMD > AMD Issue Reporting Form

Just for the heck of it, try disabling ULPS and see what happens > ULPS: How to disable

if you use Afterburner, reset the settings to default, deinstall AB and do a cleaninstall of the drivers.
