System Specs. 6900 XT, 5950X, GSKILL DDR4000 @ 4000 with 15 timings. NVME drive. The monitor is 4k 144hz HDR 1000

With driver 21.2.1, I get 90-99% GPU utilization in all games. With driver 21.3.1 I only get 10-30% GPU utilization in a lot of games.

Games Tested Escape from Tarkov, Star Citizen, Elite Dangerous, Borderlands 3, Last Epoch, Valheim, CyberPunk 2077, Control, Crysis series, and more.

Any help on fixing the issue would be appreciated because the lighting fix in Star citizen, and having Raytracing to play around within Cyberpunk 2077 would be nice.

21.3.1 gave ppl problems from the start. 21.3.2 is just out before yesterday, get it and see if things get better. 

Or, get 21.2.3 and wait through 21.3.x / 21.4.x generation.

So I tried the 21.3.2 drivers, I still have GPU utilization loss, so the problem still persists. It isn't as bad though. So it will jump to 90%, but usually hangs around 10-30%
