gpu radeon rx 470 does not work overclock

Hi  i have Ubuntu Server 16.04.3 . radeon rx470 and amdgpu-pro Mining driver version 17.40

I built a kernel 4.13.0 with a single patch vm_fragment_size https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/patch/174700/ for dag fix amd

I tried to overclock cards through the program ROC-smi-master and amdcovc . I tried to change the value manually in pp_mclk_od and pp_sclk_od

settings are changed but overclocking does not work What tools do i can use with the new drivers amd-gpu-pro for overclock ?

We do not provide any overclocking tools under Linux.
