GPU Memory clock when using ReLive

Hello,

I am an owner of RX 6800 XT and I have a question. When I am on desktop without ReLive enabled (Desktop recording is disabled). My memory downclocks. But when enabling Desktop recording the memory clock is fixed ~ 2GHz (basically stuck at max clock).

Is this expected behavior?

If you also have 'instant replay/gif' enabled with 'record desktop'.

It's a bug, report it.
